In person psychological counselling

My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual. I draw on evidence-based frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies. My work is also grounded in trauma-informed, somatic, and relational approaches, acknowledging the diverse ways we adapt and recover through challenge and change.
